FRANK HOPPER, a refugee from the Chicago and New York ad game now resides in Sarasota, Florida where he continues to create masterpiece murals, portraits, and fine art worldwide. Attended the Art Institute of Chicago, awarded the Gold Medal from the Academia in Florence Italy, never given to a non Italian artist.
